And Verum Rex, it's just fictional. Bears no resemblance whatsoever.

well, fictional like any final fantasy or kingdom hearts game, or tv series on netflix, or movies in cinema...doesn't hurt to speculate a bit in a free time, that's what we mostly do here lol. sorry, but if you don't see any resemblance then better buy yourself a pair of glasses of course it might be just the team being lazy and re-using old concepts. or it might be hinting on something else connected to ff. we'll see.

I've been following the KH3 leaks and my biggest take away from them has been that I never wanna see anyone ever even hint at the possibility of Stella being better than Luna ever again with how Nomura handles female characters. Luna was a godsend compared to what I've seen from KH3 and I'm convinced Stella would have been an even greater disappointment. I feel betrayed after busting my ass to play catch up on the series after learning some of the stuff I've learned lmao.

P.S. Not trying to hate, the overall series is great. Didn't know I needed a boss like Xemnas in my life until now but yeah... jesus Nomura get your shit together for KH3.

Interesting. It somewhat rekindles the joy I felt when watching the old VSXIII trailers that took place in Insomnia.

One thing that we do know is that he's openly talked about in interviews (I think it was the one where he talks about his cats) how he's been depressed, never indicating why, but that he is.

I don't wanna spoil but just ugh at a lot of the writing for a lot of characters but female characters got screwed the hardest imo. Just go in with tempered expectations is all I'm gonna say.

I've seen it and I think it looks really cool, but I'm sure it's just a little Easter egg. I don't understand why people seem to think Tabata and Nomura had any kind of disagreement over FFXV, all of these rumors seem to have been started by literal nobodies speculating on Twitter.

Apart from the fact that "Verum Rex" means "True King," the main character's name is Yozora ("night sky"), his eyes change color and can be red, his signature weapon looks like Ragnarok, and he's wearing capris with combat boots... there's this trailer, which makes the connection impossible to miss, unless you're intentionally trying to ignore the similarities. >_>;

Regarding Verum Rex, it just looks like an allusion to FFXV/Versus XIII visual and character stuff and the kinda stuff Nomura likes, I mean Yozora even looks like he's wearing Roen clothes too, the trailer itself though gives me more of a Gunslinger Stratos vibe than what the actual Versus or XV trailers did. I sure hope people aren't trying to take Verum Rex to being "what Versus was actually was!" now.

Don't know why people need to keep pushing this "Nomura is salty over XV" meme, it's really no coincidence that the only ones pushing it are the diehard Nomura fanboys with their confirmation bias.

It's a Japanese arcade game. I mean if the game is based in the real world you can use real world locations and iconic buildings and landmarks.

It's a Japanese arcade game. I mean if the game is based in the real world you can use real world locations and iconic buildings and landmarks.

Thankfully, there are now specialty arcades that bring over stuff like it. =3

Gunslinger Stratos has this really interesting controller consisting of twin gun controllers that can be used separately, combined in two different ways, and include buttons and analog sticks to allow for free movement, jumping, and melee. I kinda wish there was a console version, but selling the controllers would be prohibitively expensive. XD

Random posts from 4chan are not "leaks", people make shit up there all the time, it's only a "leak" if there is any actual proof that anything in that image is true, and there is no proof anything there is true. Not to mention it's even saying there is a Kingsglaive but as a game being made which goes against what we already know and the fact that 3/4 of the upcoming XV DLC were cancelled, and also goes against the devs already saying they originally were deciding between an Episode Nyx, Episode Ravus or Episode Aranea and it was Episode Aranea that they decided on doing, which is now cancelled. Not even that but that very post contradicts itself by saying that it's supposed to be the "original Versus XIII" story yet they are also making Kingsglaive as a game as part of the basis for that, even though Nyx was never part of Versus and there is no reason why they would even do something like that after they already cancelled 3/4 of the upcoming XV DLC. Like, how gullible do you even have to be to think anything in that is true?
