Some significant spoilers have popped up on 4chan and are spreading to other game forums, so tread with caution. Of course, we don't know the credibility of the source, but from what I've read, the plot points are within possibility.

I just question how someone from 4chan could get access to clasify info?

Don't be too worried. According to reports, the leak is a "well known troll" with multiple aliases on 4Chan. Personally, I'm never going there again if I can help it. One glance at those messages left me disgusted.

Besides, the vague stuff I've heard about these "spoilers" doesn't address half of the teases given about XV's story by the developers themselves, and it just doesn't look anything like Final Fantasy in any form. Without going into specifics, it just sounds like some weird fanfiction dreamed up by a disgruntled person, combining elements from earlier games into a screwy mishmash.

EDIT: On a happier note, I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of trailer they create for E3 2016, and what form their playable version will take (hopefully it's not Duscae again, but something more advanced).

While they never adressed in what form the game would be playable I would say that demo has 51% chances of being the Platinum Demo and 49% chances of being a new "demo" (I imagine it would be something similar to what GameInformer and IGN got access to).

You make it sound like like people would attend only for the demo.
Just having Duscae or Platinum could still grab the attention of people who are walking by their booth.
I wouldn't expect a new demo to be honest but we will see.

This is true, lol. If I attached a link to one of my tweets, please just link to that everyone and not me. I always delete my tweets because I'm not confident about what I post half the time (I'm weak). About that tweet you link, I deleted it (I did post it again) because the person who created it told me he made an updated version and that he wanted me to share what he made, so I did. I only expect people to source me when I post translations I actually do in my free-time or I post something about a game you find interesting.

What you just described is every RPG ever. Just replace "drive" with "walk".

This game is going to be good enough without comparing it to Jesus. I know it's been 10 years, but that's the wait, not the actual development time. It's looking great, don't get me wrong, but you can't expect it to redefine every aspect of an RPG. That's what FFXIII tried to do and that's what happens when you try to jump too far ahead.

I was just mentioning the possibility of it being tedious, not about it being revolutionary or anything. I didn't even say that to begin with. Which I think is hardly something not to consider when so much emphasis is being put on the "road trip" aspect of the game as the selling point. So, can you try not to be condescending?

Possibly. They're still in development, and there's at least three or four months before release. Speaking of UI, it reminds me of the UI created for the 2011 Versus XIII concept trailer. *sigh* Crazy, long-distant days.

Im talking about the entire tone of the design. I really loved the glassy designs in the 2013 E3 trailer.

the menus they are using on the last videos are likely placeholder.

I just hope the menu's are slightly more animated. Not that I don't mind them looking stylish af on a nice white scenery, thing, but having them walking or like kneeling or something (maybe depending on their current state) would be pretty cool.

Someone's bound to. Nova Crystallis almost certainly, Gematsu and Siliconera close seconds, and then every other site will be using their translation. I'm eagerly looking forward to seeing some questions answered.
On a slightly different note, I'm really looking forward to how the vocal version of Somnus is going to be used in XV (it was used during the TGS 2015 ATR, so I'm assuming it survived the transition). It's become one of my favorite vocal themes: so tragic and moving, even more so when you know what the lyrics mean.
