They aren't 'just' putting her in the usual spin-offs though. They basically made her the main character of 012. Prologus was all about her and WoL and she was the front cover. Lol. She's also been featured in the marketing for Explorers and WoFF which to be clear not Dissida-like games. Unless you can confirm we're getting characters from I-X and XII it's not the case.

You're still missing the point. Just because she's been featured in the marketing doesn't mean the game revolves around her. She wasn't even in the initial trailer for WoFF at E3. She was added later on down the line, who's to say the same can't happen for other characters in the series?
As far as FFEX.... Cloud, Squall, etc. were also featured in the marketing there lol. It's nothing special, including her in these games holds about as much gravitas as including Ifrit or Shiva into them.
