Would you say that it is a good piece of media to show to someone who doesn't really know what the game has to offer?

Yes, its explains game mechanics and introduces you to a characters. Really good trailer, but narrator is legit high

I got a friend whose on the fence a out getting FFXV. The Uncovered trailer peaked his interest but he doesn't really know know what the game offers.

Now since I've not seen much media of the game myself I don't know want would be best to show him to give him that extra push. I noticed the 101 trailer got released. Would you say that it is a good piece of media to show to someone who doesn't really know what the game has to offer?

I would say that the extended 101 trailer was made for people like your friend. It is a perfect introduction to the game for newcomers.

This really depends on what you consider to be a spoiler. I personally don't find it spoilery. It shows a bit of Altissia and some snippets of some of the characters like Iodeolas and Aranea along with some new battle footage. It shouldn't be a problem for people who are sensitive to spoilers. I say go ahead and watch it.

Thanks, i've just watched it and thought it was great! The Altissia footage was what i was expecting and i think it successfully encompasses what FFXV will be all about.

I don't think Tabata and the team could have done anymore than they have done to make the game the best it can be. Really hoping it's a success critically and commercially!

Appearently the pole-dance mechanics is back :3 but instead of Noctis we have Prompto spinning around the lance and shooting at everything. That looks fucking amazing.

Actually its not even spoilery, but ive been seeing people closing their eyes about way more futile things, so just in case.

The past couple of weeks have been like this for me.

I kid you not, I was out with my friends and they were asking me something. I was spaced out thinking about the game. I apologied and said I didn't hear a word he said to me. One of them was like "you were thinking about that bloody Final Fantasy weren't you?" XD

I actually didn't even care about this game until the second time I played Episode Duscae, and I didn't really follow any of it until the Day the Stella Died. This fanbase is so crazy it's like watching my own little reality show.

But, I am very much looking forward to the game and don't want to be majorly spoiled. I have my hype in hybernation mode with my minecraft addiction, but I will reactivate it next Monday.
