I never said kingsglaive is not canon, don't put words in my mouth.
Then why act like it doesn't count?
Her not looking like in XV was to my point that the movie feels disjointed from the game, not that it's not canon, so try again.
Except even if you were trying to argue that you have to be operating on the most faulty possible logic you could, because the design difference happens for all characters in KG besides Regis, and by your own logic all the Amano art of FF characters is disjointed from how the characters are portrayed in the actual games, since his artwork looks nothing like how they are shown in the games. You are conflating completely different things as if they are the same. You don't actually know what you are talking about.
Stop living in denial, kingsglaive screentime does not equal FFXV the game screentime.
See here we go again, you are acting as if Kingsglaive does not count towards the overall XV story for some reason?
Because I didn't bother looking up the same scene of her and Noct reading book in their childhood, but I mitigated that in my conclusion by stating that even if you double all her time, it's still practically non existent. Learn to read.
I can read, maybe you should learn to make an actual logical argument that is based on facts and not misrepresenting the game because you're still butthurt that it's not your precious Versus fanfic.
Are you on the same page as us or did you get lost? I summarized all her scenes in the game, I said nothing about their significance, no shit her speech in Altissia is important... why are you trying to explain the significance of her every scene when their significance was not questioned in the first place?
What was the point of listing the times of her scenes if you weren't trying to minimize her involvement in the game? I already said that combined in base XV her screentime amounts to around 40 minutes, which it does, which you then purposely ignored mutliple scenes for whatever reason and then still tried to use the notion of having screentime alone as being the basis of importance.
And as I said, when you factors other characters in those scenes her actual screentime, just hers, is less than that. It's hilarious how hard you're trying to white knight her non-existent screentime and her poor writing as a character.
What's hilarious is how much of a non argument you have that you have to seriously act like the amount of scenes with only her alone is the only thing that should count as "real" screentime, you keep moving your goalposts and are pulling no true scottsman bullshit all over the place, get a real fucking argument already.
1. Well in Luna's case her screentime is pathetic and her character and importance is even less so.
Having 40 minutes of screentime is pathetic why? She is easily in the top 3 most important characters in the game, and for someone who's not in the party at that, so why are you still conflating screentime to importance? You do know the entire reason Noctis was able to succeed in restoring the Dawn was thanks to Luna's direct actions and her role, right? Do you even know what you are talking about? You know Luna has more screentime than your average Zelda does, and that her role in XV is comparable to your average Zelda's? You know screentime is not even relevant to character importance either, right?
2. As for the second half of whatever you wrote here, I can't take it seriously without picturing you slamming your head against the keybord screaming at the screen. And did you know anyone would laugh at you trying to argue Luna as a character is as well written as Vader or Thanos?
Are you illiterate? When did I say Luna is written on the same level of Darth Vader or Thanos? I said Darth Vader has 9 minutes of screentime in Episode IV, 15 in Episode V and VI, and Thanos has 12 minutes of screentime in Endgame, I said nothing about their writing compared to Luna's. Do you have an argument yet or are you still going to strawman and pull countless logical fallacies out your ass?
You used wrong math based on faulty numbers, you have no valid argument.
Just say what you actually want to say without hiding behind some other reason and go, don't try and spin it into being about something else like screentime when that isn't the actual issue regarding Luna.
