Update on Mobius Final Fantasy from the FF Portal App:
"Today is also the 1st anniversary since the start of service for MOBIUS FINAL FANTASY on smartphones! We have an update from the producer, Mr. Yoshinori Kitase, regarding the overseas release.
Kitase: "It's coming along! And we hope to have the game available in the not-so-distant future! Look forward to the announcement!"

Anyway, seeing an FF VII monopoly is quite cool, and I know it's supposed to be a collector's item, but $49.99? It seems like some sort of sick, satirical commentary that you spend $50 to get a box full of fake money.
Also, Final Fantasy Brave Exvius is now (officially) out in English
This actually looks pretty cool. I watched a trailer for it a while back and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that you can actually explore traditional top-down environments instead of just selecting battles off a menu. Not sure if I want to play it though, especially since I'm currently addicted to KH Unchained X, haha.
Has anyone tried it?

On the bright side I've heard some positive things from people who played the English "accidental" release or the Japanese version. Seems like it could be a decent little game.I've heard a lot of good about the game, but I was never interested enough to commit to memory exactly WHY, lol. The context was in thread on Record Keeper, with most people in that thread expressing disappointment in RC and wishing they had access to BE. I looked at some youtube footage. Looked interesting. I dunno. Only one way to find out.
But, since the announcement I've been trying to get in all day and it's been a no-go. This is pretty normal on a launch, though. I'm sure it'll be resolved soon.
