I still think that Luna is a Nickname for Stella. I'm pretty sure there's some romance between Noct and Stella from the TGS Trailer 2014. I think their relationship will be complicated and it will end tragically like Romeo and Juliet. Do you realize how similar the song "Somnus" and "Kissing You"? These songs were played when Noctis meets Stella and Romeo meets Juliet from the movie, coincidence?

I think the song that fits Noctis and Stella relationship is Glassheart from Leona Lewis.

What's your theme song for Noctis and Stella?

Lyrics:

Baby, I'm staring at a piece of us
Shattered on the sidewalk
Tragic, broken like a china doll
Burning like a gun shot

My heart was beating
And so was yours
We threw each other
Down on the floor
My heart is breaking
It's made of glass
I guess anything that's good never ever lasts.

So baby if you love me, let me know
'Cause everything that hurts you've hurt before
You're about to tear this love apart
And break another glassheart.

So baby if you love me just let me know
'Cause everytime we touch, touch it's turning cold
Promise that we'll never fall apart
And I'll love you with my glassheart. [x3]

Right now, I'm standing in our empty room
Staring out the window
I hear music that we used to make
Boy play me that crescendo.

My heart was beating
And so was yours
We threw each other
Down on the floor

My heart is breaking
It's made of glass
I guess anything that's good never ever lasts.

So baby if you love me, let me know
'Cause everything that hurts you've hurt before
You're about to tear this love apart
And break another glassheart

So baby if you love me just let me know
'Cause everytime we touch, touch it's turning cold
Promise that we'll never fall apart
And I'll love you with my glassheart. [x3]

Promise that we'll never fall apart, fall apart
And I'll love you with my glassheart.
And I'll love you with my glassheart.

So baby if you love me, let me know
'Cause everything that hurts you've hurt before
You're about to tear this love apart
And break another glassheart.

So baby if you love me just let me know
'Cause everytime we touch, touch it's turning cold
Promise that we'll never fall apart
And I'll love you with my glassheart.

God, please, no Leona Lewis in my Final Fantasy again. Thanks.

And didn't Nomura say that Noctis and Stella wouldn't have a romantic relationship? I vaguely remember reading something like that a few years ago.

I'm not sure if he ever explicitly denied there being a romance between them (I think people simply put too much stock in the whole young man and woman of clashing families are forced to face off against their own volition as something discernibly akin to Romeo & Juliet), but from my vague recollection, the themes of the game are more to do with brotherhood and adventurous comradeship between close childhood peers rather than a romantic tale.

Given their reticence when it comes to discussing Stella's place in the story, we also don't know whether her role in the game will remain the same from old Versus XIII storyboard concepts or whether they have changed since. The scenes of Stella meeting Noctis at a peace treaty party, and of the pair of them confronting each other in downtown Lucis may well no longer exist, for all we know. Stella's entire focus could have drastically changed.

And honestly, if there is no actual romance between Noctis and Stella (and if "Luna" does turn out to be an alias for Stella, I can imagine that whole "date" thing to have been said out of jest), I'm cool with that. Presumably they've known each other since childhood, as indicated by the E3 trailer, but does every relationship between a young man and a woman have to be romantic?

I prefer if the all the game's music be composed by Shimomura-san. Wasn't very fond of the mainstream tracks included in the XIII trilogy games.

That is a very lovely song, but it does not fit the atmosphere of Final Fantasy XV or any FF to be honest. Well it would go with Final Fantasy X-2!

As I mention the song is a good one, but this wouldn't work for Final Fantasy. If Leona Lewis was featured in another Final Fantasy I would prefer she sing the lyrics to a song composed by Yoko, Nobuo, Masashi, etc. What Square Enix did for Final Fantasy XIII was very lazy and they know dang well Kimi Ga Irukara could have been sung in English (Leona Lewis could have sung an English Kimi Ga Irukara), and then they trashed Eternal Love from the game completely. Very lazy of them... They did it better in FFXIII-2 though.

I don't know if this is a popular opinion, but I have never enjoyed those main vocal themes for FF. Not Eyes on Me. Not My Hands. Not that Charice song they did for XIII-2. Ugh. It's not my cup of tea. I'd just rather have normal video game music for them.

Don't quote me on this: But I think the name of the game here is bonding. Noctis and Stella will likely fall in love but that's not the focus. It's likely about how much they learn from each other and how their points of view sync up or conflict with each other. I think that same theme is repeated with Noct's friends. It's more like we're suppose to watch this guy become a badass one-man-army but remember that he started out a rookie and it took a lot of people with different POVs to teach him how to carry himself and use his power.
