If I'm not wrong, Cresent Moon is actually called Midnight Mauve. I'm basing it on the name of the costume from the concept art book I have, though.
Oh, and also the video above has all the costumes available in the game so far excluding the DLC ones, so if you're looking for screens you can get em here. Credits to Split Infinity at GFAQs.

Midnight Mauve is probably the English name for the garb, but the katakana translation is "Crescent Moon". Most of these outfits were translated from their existing katakana, and may have slightly different names in English.
As I said in the opening post, we are not accepting any list that claims to be complete. If worse comes to worse we will use screenshots from youtube videos to fill the gaps until more HQ shots can be obtained by our players, but for the moment I would prefer not to go to outside sources. Thank you though.

For some reason, whenever I edit new images into a post the last image from the previous revision appears at the very bottom. I had to go back and re-edit the 1st Garb Post twice because of it. :/

The render they released of the outfit via their press site is labeled "Midnight Mauve", and the katakana of the outfit reads literally "Kuresento Mu-n". I dunno why they called it Purple Moon, maybe that's the name of another version of the ball gown outfit, or the name of the Default Schema when it is equipped?
Began sorting the garb in to Easy + Normal, Hard, costumes of older FF characters, and DLC. Added a bunch of weapons last night, and I'll be doing shields throughout the day.
Total number of garb is up to 59 at the moment (5 being DLC), and weapons are at 37. The number of shields will be much lower compared to everything else, because many of my contributors seem to have prioritized looks and offensive capabilities over defensive stuff.

Bwahahaha, I see. Yes, shields do seem to be pretty expensive. Hopefully there are more of them out there, though!
Updated the front page with shields and fixed a few broken weapon shots. If you notice any weird duplicates or anything, let me know so I can change it. At some point I will start on the Adornments... But there's quite a lot of them, so be prepared for that to take a while.

I think you put Salvation Rose's image as image of Soul Liberator.

Thanks for the translation, I'll put those up! It's always difficult for me personally to translate katakana that's more than one word... There are no spaces or marks to denote a break between words in a phrase, or at least not in games. There have been a couple of times I've been stumped because what I thought was one or two words turned out to be two or three words respectively. I'll hopefully be able to update the front page soon, but I have work today and am pretty much on my way out the door.
I checked to make sure, Salvation Rose and Soul Liberator are imaged correctly. Salvation Rose is a dark purple with a flared tip, whereas Soul Liberator is a lighter purple with a saw-toothed blade.

Added 13 new outfits, bringing us to a total of 72 garb (5 DLC)! If you've got some more additions, please let me know. I will start uploading Adornments later this evening.
EDIT: Re-watched that video Raitningz linked earlier, and it appears to contain 7 Garb not currently in our list. That would put our total at 79 Garb, with 5 of that being DLC (which means 74 in-game). I didn't count any of the DLC garb from that video either, just to be clear. As soon as Cloud popped up, I turned the video off.
