It's worth pointing out that it's unclear where Nomura!XV stands in all of this, because Tabata specifically mentioned working on Nomura!XV. I'm inclined to think that at least some of the elements that made it into the final game had their origins their given certain changes we saw in the 2013 trailer.

also Nomura saying it was going to be multiple games must means it was pretty meaty too.

Tabata said Versus was planned as multiple game. In June 2013 Nomura said he just considers XV like a poem in that there is a lot of stories you can tell and that he'd want to tell more later, but Nomura said weeks after that that XV had no planned sequels.

Still at one point there was a script completed meaning that a whole game of content at least was there to carry over. When it started being changed was when it started to become a mainline title and needing to conform to the rules of a mainline instead of a spinoff, meaning they had to change more adult elements to keep the rating teen. Also Nomura might have been planning sequals until square cut it off cause they only wanted one game, and that why Nomura said no planned sequals.

You know what at this point, I want all the staff members from BD1-BD5(directors included) to leave Square Enix, and make their own studio and merge it with Platinum games.
XVI can be a mobile MMO.

Buy the XV, and Type-0 IP, or rent it whatever allows them to use them.
War Academia(Type-0 Reboot, Unreal Engine 4/5) Director Hajime Tabata
Dark Fantasy Trilogy(Unreal Engine 4/5) starring Ignis, Gladio, Prompto, and Noctis (Whatever XV was supposed to be) using the Fabula Nova Crystallis or whatever they can use from it like the terminologies, and stuff.
New IPs
Kingdom Hearts 4(Disney owns the IP, so it's safe)

Their creative talent is way too good for Square's management

Here's how this is going to work.

People who care about Versus XV: the next post I see about 'Versus XV' outside of the Versus XV megathread will see that user banned. It's derailing too many threads and becoming a constant, consistent problem. That's finished. There is a dedicated thread for it, and if you can't keep it to that thread, you'll be shown the door. This will continue for anyone who won't show self restraint.

People who don't care about Versus XV: well, you just read the above. You know where the report button is.

This rule goes into effect as of now, 11pm GMT on 23rd March. It will remain in place until I say otherwise, or until this project becomes something official.

This isn't something we want to do, obviously, as discussion should be able to flow within reason, but this is getting stupid. So here we are. It's been made clear.

Are there new Ring magic spells altogether? I don't recognize some of them. I thought only existing spells were getting mere buffs.

Moreover, I like the addition of the cutscenes. I hope there will be more for earlier chapters in future updates.

Some of the things in that trailer are completely unexpected and awesome. Riding Chocobos on the arches in Duscae? Heck yeah. XD

Anyway, "Chapter 13, Verse 2" totally sounds like KH naming conventions to me. Totally writing it 13:2 when talking about it, though.

They basically upgraded Holy to zip through & damage enemies via perfect dodge while restoring MP in exchange, (seemingly?) made Death stagger an enemy while draining them faster, and allow Alterna to suck up larger Daemons like Iron Giant shown.
