I'm a little over five minutes into the stream and I must say the driving and road trip aspect of the game is blowing me away. That is a long drive they are taking and all the scenery is so beautiful. They are really nailing it with this game. I love the long stretches of highway. It really feels like an actual road trip. It's insane. Despite the shitty quality of the camera used I can see some massive improvements to the graphics. The water looks completely overhauled and the clouds are much better looking as well. This is one of the most gorgeous games I have ever seen. I am going to watch more now.

A guy that was at the Barcelona game event said that the PS4 version of the game looks almost as good as the Pro version. I am just just completely blown away by this. I don't care how many humans had to be sacrificed or what incantation spells had to be uttered for this to happen but it was well worth it. "almost there".

The two month delay was probably the best thing to happen to FFXV. The improvements made are night and day and it looks like it's all finally coming together. I watched the brotherhood anime in its entirety today in anticipation. I'm crossing every finger possible that this will be one of the best games of this generation!

Darkness devours the world, each time shortening the days.
The sunrise dissipates in distant memories,
trapped by the eternal night.
Two men rise.
One suffered the rejection of the gods.
The other was born to be king.
Both face off for the destiny of the world.
A storm unleashes.
In it shines the light of four heroes
Ready to get back their land.
A look at FINAL FANTASY XV

translation of the text revealed in the barcelona conference, Ravus might be more important than we think... im telling you, we know shit about the story ;D

Was this on a new loading screen that we haven't seen yet?. Do you know what this is from?. That definitely sounds like Ravus could be the other man that was mentioned here.

Edit: Ah I see you edited you post. Thanks man.

it could be, but the fact the text mentions "one man rejected by the gods" makes me think about ravus and what happened in kingsglave.
It's more than likely Ravus. Especially if you pay attention to the way he speaks to Noctis in the TGS trailer, as if he has been rejected and holds some jealousy and animosity towards Noctis status as the "chosen king"

Furthermore, the wording, "two men rise... face-off for the destiny of the world" in that text suggests a sort of rivalry, which is more apparent between Noctis and Ravus than between Noctis and Ardyn. I don't get the impression of Ardyn being a "rival", but rather just a sleezy villain who is manipulating Noctis to some degree.

Yeah, that's a big blow to Ardyn 'shippers. (Bad-guyship?). Anyway. Yeah, it's hard to deny the implications there.

All I can do is hope that in-game Ravus is better than Kingsglaive Ravus.

Also, it's not confirmation of anything except how little we know about the game. Ravus could well be this game's Seifer and still not be the big bad. It really does put that into perspective.

It's been a good day for my inner 13 year old. Not only did the fanboys in us get to come out and smile for a day. Trolls entirely shut down if only for a day. Im a big sports fan, and it does feel very familiar. Team Fanboy had themselves a solid ass win today. Can't get cocky, we have won anything yet, but a solid early round victory.

Also, I bought a fucking Oculus. I can't pick it up until Saturday, but I know what I'm gonna be doing until November 29, and that's playing Minecraft with my face all up in it! Can't really complain about life right now.
