Off-road is actually driving on the dirt/grass, not with just with a part of the car.
Having said that, I don't care nor need the car to go off-road. I want to do that with the chocobos. The car can stay on the road, as long as it steers properly on the road itself (which it now seem to do).

Just a small thought, where was Regis exactly called Regis Lucis Caelum CXIII? Does anyone know?
Also, I think the number 113 (CXIII) no longer carries any meaning (assuming it actually carried one in the first place) in the current incarnation of XV and perhaps that's why he's always adressed as just Regis Lucis Caelum now.

There are people who literally think Tabata changed Nomura's character (part by taking his viewpoint of Noct out of context via interview) when that clearly was never the case at all.

@Storm Weeeeeeeell Tabata from E3 did say the Engine Blade has special properties. ;)

In terms of the CXIII thing it could be like we have Henry VIII of England IRL, however instead of it being the 113th Regis in the line of kings, it's the 113th Lucis Caelum in the line of the kings of Lucis.

@Lulcielid Because of that engine motif maybe Cid made it for Regi to give to Noctis? I mean I would assume a king would have some sort of blacksmith or the equivalent at hand, and Cid is an old friend who can upgrade our weapons.

Has Tabata or anyone else ever talked about these engine blades?. Has he talked about what they do and why they have and engine on them in the first place?. I've always been curious as to what their abilities are.

The engine might be a fusion of magic and technology (like magitek) that allows the weapon to be imbued with magical properties that can be harnessed at a higher level than just summoning it into battle.

Engine Blade by default can syphon magic from enemies, but we're not sure what else it will do when it's upgraded other than get more magics.

Nice :D How was it? How long did you get to play? Find anything interesting that hasn't already been seen?
Great! Played for only 20 minutes or so, the queue was about 3 hours long. I'm guessing it was the "master" version, same stuff as in the 50 minutes of gameplay. The one thing I noticed is that the first CG intro after Chapter 0 contains some few extra scenes that were not shown before, that's about it I guess.
Been waiting for a XV bundle to get a PS4, but now going to make the jump straight to PS4 Pro, most likely.
