Just a quick breakdown I did of the new art with figures that I recognized circled and pointed out. It seems like most of the figures on the right after Leviathan are probably summons, and most of the figures to the left of Leviathan are probably monsters. Figures that were too obscure or that I had no clue on I didn't speculate for.

That's Insomnia in the upper left corner, isn't it?! That bridge looks like the same one
but from a slightly different angle...those definitely look like the skyscrapers behind the bridge illuminated in the light streaming down. 41hrs 39min til we find out!
Edit: Also, there definately looks to be some sort of a hooded and robed skeleton-like figure or figures down below and to the right of Insomna holding a skull? Hmm, is this evidence that the reaper motif was not removed?!! I hope so

OMG new Amano art. I can't take the hype anymore. And it's only beginning.
I think the blonde woman in red may be Luna. She's the central figure in the artwork so she has to a major character and she has similar hair. Yeah, she has a different outfit but I believe the white dress is only Luna's formal look and we have yet to see her "casual" design.

I'm not sure, to me it always seemed that Luna's white attire is strongly symbolic in regards to her character while contrasting Noctis' companions' black attire. But the woman also struck me to be Luna as well. If she is Luna, I'm gonna go ahead with my wild guess and say that the person carrying her is Gentiana.
About the blood red moon, doesn't it commonly symbolize the end of the world? It might be that the summons have only started to make themselves visible due to this event.

I really can't wait for tomorrow. The hype is a-flowin. Screenshots and innuendo just aren't doing it anymore. I need a trailer. I need more story related info. But what I really really need is that demo. I'm really hoping they just tell us that it's available very soon. I'd think they wouldn't tell us it's available immediately because I would think 2 million people trying to download it at the same time will crash PSN, but I'm hoping it's not like mid-June either.

The google translation of that page was not particularly enlightening ("The mystery is called the mystery!") but at least it looks like we're not really supposed to know what they all mean. They look like they're supposed to be clues to what we're going to see at the event tomorrow.
