Has anyone found this sword that Noctis uses against the Mystic yet? It might just be an unused weapon model, but I'm curious if it's somewhere hidden in the Royal Edition.

The only two reasons why it stands out is 1) because usually the game will either use the Engine Blade or Sword of the Father as Noct's default cutscene weapon. 2) There is a low amount of weapon designs/reused designs in the game. I wouldn't be that surprised if it was snuck in as a randomly found item in chapter 15 or somewhere in chapter 14's new map.
Also I saw that post on the main discussion. Looking at that sword that was found, the texturing generally looks unfinished, hence it not having any stats or name.

About the mods, just being curious, can they make Luna's hairstyle similar to Stella's hairstyle?

well lunas hair is identical to stella's on chapter 9, so i think yes?

if you look at Luna's hair during the Leviathan fight it's basically Stella's hairstyle.

I knew that, I don’t know how the mod works, but can they make Luna’s hairstyle similar to Stella throughout the game such as cutscenes like in Luna’s speech at Altissia or the ending of FFXV.

im not sure, but i guess if its already modeled it becomes easier to make.
some people already managed to use Ignis model from his episode (the one with the stylish hair) in the base game.

That other sword is in the Windows trailer. I guess if it doesn't have information now, those weapons are apart of an update. Or hidden somewhere in the game.

Does anyone know if Noctis' Versus XIII outfit is still in the files? Apparently they were still in the original PS4 release according to this video. It would be great to put it back into the game.

Honestly how cool would it be if that's either Ardyn's Royal Arm or Noctis'? Blade of The Accursed or Sword of The Chosen. Like maybe Ardyn lost his sword or left it behind and you get it by either completing his episode or going to a specific location tied to Ardyn within the main game? Or if it's Noctis' maybe it's what the engine blade transforms into upon his death which would explain why all of the Royal Arms have the same overall look/style cuz they only achieve that appearance upon their owner's death. The second guess is obviously much more far fetched and fan servicey but I'm definitely getting a Royal Arms vibe from it and wouldn't be surprised if it's somehow tied to episode Ardyn since the episodes always unlock a new skin and a new weapon. Though that raises another question, is Ardyn's episode going to unlock a skin or something else in place of it since Ardyn obviously doesn't have any character customization in the main game nor does he ever appear in the party menu so it'd have to be something for Noctis to use. So I'm curious what we'll get in addition to the obligatory unlockable weapon if not an obligatory skin like before.

Ardyn's royal arm if he has one, likely would be the scythe that he uses in Episode Ignis.
So I think it might have to do with a FFXIV collaboration. They found that Noctis FFXIV costume and that style of sword is pretty common for Dark Knights and Gladiators. And even though it was featured in a trailer, the textures don't look finished/ it lacks a level of detail found on other weapons. Again, considering the lack of diversity in the weapon design in the game it's weird they wouldn't include another variation, so it has to be a tie in for a later DLC or another collaboration.
