Final Fantasy XV at E3 2014 - Yes or No? It's time to stake your pride on your guess...

Okay, guys, so it's time to put your pride on the line and make an absolute prediction... will Final Fantasy XV be at E3 this year?

I've put up four poll options below. Vote!

Since I can see who votes, and who votes what, those who vote will be in for a trophy here on Mognet. Those who get it wrong will get a losers' trophy, those who make the correct guess will get a winners' trophy that's worth a little more towards your next user title!

I'll throw in a little bonus, too... of those who pick the winning option, I'll pick a name at random and I'll ensure they get a little something in real life from our box of tricks and prizes - I've got some FF plushies, phone charms, some older sealed games here... things like that.

If you're reading this and are not a member, who not sign up and join the discussion? For one, I'll be contacting winners on here not via email, if you want prizes, and for two... this place is slowly becoming a pretty cool place. If I do say so myself.

Conditions Stuff:

• In terms of the prize draw, Mognet staff decision is final in terms of drawing a name and what category wins.
• For the record, a trailer only containing footage previously seen anywhere else, even if it is cut in a new way or a new order - even that recent off-screen Taiwan stuff - does not count as new.
• In the event that no new trailer is released online, Mognet staff on the ground at the show will verify what is showing at the booth itself - be that something new, something old, or nothing at all.
• The poll (and thus entrants) will be closed on the 7th of June at 6pm PST.
• Winner will be notified via PM here on Mognet. If they fail to respond within 10 days, they forfeit their prize and another winner will be picked.

I do think Square has to show something new, after the pretty big announcement of last year. It's been a whole year; they really need to start giving us reasons to believe in this game.

Live demos, though? No chance. I will be really shocked if they do.

I voted that they might show last year's trailer, but without the FFVersus logo turning into the XV logo... or with the new bits they showed in that Taiwan Expo thing. I don't think there will be anything all new. For better or for worse!!

Not even thinking an old trailer with tiny pieces of new footage is a possibility, to try and keep the faith of the fans? I know they've skipped E3s in the past with it, but I feel like we're on a different page now, after the whole FFV13=FFXV last year.

Also, How would you know if it's very far from completion? on what grounds?

It's not coming until past March 2015 per their own financial statements. If we are lucky Japan might see it by December 2015 with the west getting it in 2016.

Financial statements only give sales statistics, not when games are going to come out.

Also, even if it comes out between April and May 2015, They would still need to show it at E3 2014/TGS 2014.

Also, just like any other rumor/hint etc: Always take them with a grain of salt as "anything" can and will be subject to change.

Don't really disagree with this, tbh, but would still be a little surprised if they didn't show something next month.

However, it's a Japanese game, so I think it's much more likely TGS will be where we see something new, if not this E3.

Voted for option 3. Not expecting anything is good, things could actually surprise you. Anyways, I don't believe option 4's gonna happen, they'll probably show old trailers on their booth.

I voted "yes with a live demo" even if i absolutely don't believe it. why ? because if they do show a live demo i will be sure to win the gifts as i am the only one who voted this !! ;-)

I too voted "Yes, with a live demo." Despite the amount of years that this game has been in development i still have major hype and excitement for this game. Honestly i have no clue what they will show at E3. But i hope this is what they will show, even if the demo is private.
