Im trying to be the most empathic being on earth, the other day I barely sleep 4 hours to try do things in the best and honest way I could to be real with you guys.
The easy way could have been just posted that and bye, but Im aware of all the bull shit, your thought its not your fault at all, in fact I understand you because I had been in your place several times. Thats the reason why I chose to do the things correctly because im as sensitive as you.

What makes me a little bit angry is that even you are asking why I got aproved instead of accepting that information that I had been keeping for myself for more than a year. Its not a huge fake, every single word in the OP is 1000% real but even having a mod aproval that means nothing to you, even you are asking why I got verified. So sick but the worst thing is that I understand you because the world nowadays is full of bull shit and anyone can be an "insider".
I can not do anything more but respecting your thought.

Hey don’t worry about it. People are bound to be sceptical and unfortunately this kind of scrutiny comes with the territory of leaking. The best you can do is not take it personally because the people doubting what you’re saying aren’t doing so personally. They’re trying to assess it logically.

For what it’s worth I appreciate the info you’ve come forward with. True or not, it’s interesting!

Im taking the risk of being in a looper but again, I understand everyone of you becayse at the end Im someone like you and I had been severely dissapointed by all kind of leaks and then I chose to get that answers by myself no matter the cost but... I had a great luck.

I know the consequences even the minimal one, faker, fan fiction, what do you want to gain with that (NOTHING I WISH THAT WOULD PAY ME MY UNIVERSITY DEGREE but I gain NOTHING), etc.
Thats not the point and Ill be here for you guys to know Im like you, what hurts me is when you are even asking or wondering how I got verified. Thats hurt me because I have done every single thing it was needed to with the mod to get that verification but even that for a certaing people dont give a shit and even they try to devaluate it.

i wouldn't completely rule out considering Leonblade confirmed he gave proof that his informant is legit.

and the name LUPUS was indeed found in the game's data, together with other Versus related names and terms (stella, ninja village, light of the dead, shinigami, and lupus)

anyway, there's always the possibility his informant just had limited information about one of the versions of the script that might conflict with another.

Like I said I cant do anything more here, if I talk is because I talk (you badly choose to put the tones to my messages as you want), if I dont talk that means that I disappeared and was a faker then... the conclusion is that even the mod knowing everything most of you dont give a shit about it. And if we start from that point, nothing will make you to believe me, there will be always an excuse.

@Storm I'm not and won't arguing about. All i said, i don't like the way he did it. And not only that. Timing just too perfect with that EDGE interview, which you posted in XV thread. Why now? Why not a half year ago or some weeks ago? All of this looks fishy. And speaking about mods approval, I'm not saying bad against them, but hey, humans, thanks to their nature, can make mistakes. :/

I believe your leak, and I don’t have a problem with the way you leaked the information. I think you tried to do everything the correct way (asking for a mod to verify you, explaining why you were just coming forward now). I think you did that to limit the number of people who would doubt you (unfortunately it was never going to work).

Anyway, my point is that in your efforts to do everything correctly, it did unfortunately come across as a little theatrical. And also doing things like posting a thread that says ‘mods approve me, I have insider information’ is exactly the kind of thing a faker would do.

Don’t take it personally, I’m not having a go. I’m just saying your manner could definitely have been interpreted in that way. And it just goes to show that leaking is such a minefield that you can do everything you think is right, and still come across wrong.

So I’ll just say again, what you’ve done is great but don’t take the criticism personally. It’s inevitable.

Even with that, it's not completely 100% verified as I have no way of doing so. Regardless, the information in this thread doesn't really change anything. Take it as fanfiction or whatever you want, at the end of the day, Versus XIII exists only as fanfiction at this point anyway due it never coming out.

At this point, like any other "leak" its best if confirmation bias is avoided and we set them aside for now until we get further crackdowns on official sources.

however he did say shiva's dungeon was cut, and then somehow the pocket edition features a dungeon in chapter 12 below shiva

and he mentioned a segment where Noctis is alone after luna's death, that was alluded in an artwork's description in a recent book.

but yeah, i think we'll have to wait a while before anything more concrete comes out, hopefully dataminers can dig more stuff when the full version is out: LUPUS is really interesting since this name/term was never mentioned before, and only character that had any reference to a wolf was ravus...

The guy only claimed Umbra was a party member but denied knowledge on his human form, which many people unfortunately mixed it up with him confirming Umbra's human form before Ferrari did.

I will admit however that the additional Shiva dungeon from the pocket edition peaked my curiosity again, which leads me to personally believe that the situation with the Dec. "leak" may (or may not) be similar to the May "leak" where the person relied on second-hand info containing some facts while making the rest of it up.

Apparently he was part of the ninja clan too.

Someone on facebook posted a concept art of a certain character and asked to Ferarri "is this Umbra human form", Ferrari then replied "where did you get that?", people then took that as him confirming it was Umbra human form. I think @Koozek posted that in one of the many threads in GAF.

I would have been more inclined to believe it you were Japanese, then perhaps you were either managerial or somewhere high in the ranks. But you say you're European, but these kind of things should be circulating in the smallest circle within the SE Headquarters in Tokyo. And you say that what you have is first hand information, which means you had to be there when it all happened, which is why I assumed you speak Japanese, well, because if you didn't and a Japanese dev trying to communicate in broken English with a European Dev who also has somewhat naye English... Hmm.

There's so many holes here and getting ''approved'' by a mod doesn't really say much, no offense to Leon.
