First King's Tale trailer. Actually looks kind of fun.
They also both say "available 9/30" AND reference it as a preorder bonus exclusive to EB/Gamespot, so I'm hoping that means it will be available for separate purchase. That could be me wishacsting, however.

Well, I hope so. I am apparently stuck with my PSN preorder because it's been more than 14 days, and that game actually looks too good to *just* be an exclusive bonus. And I'm pretty sure that wasn't announced until after I already made my preorder. When I first saw it, I was expecting like a 2 hour Double Dragons deal. That looks like there's progression and everything. Too much for just a preorder bonus. I have to think it'll be a separate release as well.
Nahh, its this game man, a few pages ago I had my own meltdown (again) about the project change from Nomura to Tabata. I am becoming convinced that the project itself is cursed and spreads its "disease" to everyone who begins to care for it (wait a minute, now I'm quoting Tabata-who himself has admitted that he can feel the project is shortening his lifespan by several years!). This thing is literally is driving people insane!
Myself, and M-night (from neoGAF-is he here on Mognet, I can't remember...) have had actual vivid dreams about this project!! I don't normally have dreams about game development-this is affecting my daily life. Surely that can't be healthy, lol.
Oh, and related @DrBretto, We (and I mean you and I) should stop trying to speculate on Insomnia's summon, even though I think given that SE surrepticiuosly included that (background) clip, the dev team themselves will spoil it soon-probably in an upcoming trailer
(please don't). As much as a large part of me wants all our frustrating speculation over the last year to be confirmed, I really want to find out for myself when I play the game (or watch Kingsglaive, if its revealed there!!) because, since the change to FFXV, they have clearly kept it under wraps hopefully for story spoiler reasons. We are so close now-just two and a half months away from 10 years of waiting. At least in this news thread, lets try to keep the talk out of story speculation/spoiler territory.
On another note:
I think Kingstale looks awesome! I would certainly throw a few dollars at a digital download for this. I love old-school sidescrolling games, and although it probably won't have much depth to it, I'll bet it will offer a few hours of mindless fun! (Who is that black guy??)

First, you're definitely crazy, but you're not BEING crazy. I see it, too.
For an awkward moment, I only saw the, eh, third leg in the back, but I was looking at the small version of the logo. When I saw the side one, it looks clearer. Good catch.
