Square Enix might hold the publishing rights to a Star Wars game

Eidos Interactive co-published a little game called Lego Star Wars: The Video Game. And unless something expired, Square Enix could well hold publishing rights to it.

No. As of 2013, EA holds the exclusive rights to any future Star Wars games, whereas Lego titles are now part of WB Games. Eidos also only held publishing rights in Europe for Lego Star Wars, with the original brand rights still being held by LucasArts i.e. Disney.
