Here's another video showing exploration of Insomnia via the "God Mode" glitch.

I swear the place is huuuge. They would not have been able to make this entire city playable that's for sure.

The only way they could even remotely pull that off is if they make it like exploring Tokyo in Persona 5: each area is a separate set piece that you can get to via train.
