Square Enix announced today that Final Fantasy VIII is now out on Steam for .99/€12.99/£9.99. This version includes achievements and a 'Magic Booster' cheat that will give the player a small set of spells from the onset of the game. Also included is the Chocobo World minigame, which was not included in the localized original release.
