Could the PS4 version have cross-platfrom trophy list with PS3 & Vita versions? - X/X-2 HD

The PS3 & Vita versions of X/X-2 HD Remaster share the same trophy list, could PS4 share it as well or would it have to have to have it's own separate one?

Depends. I haven't bought any remastered games for the PS4. Do you happen to have like the TLOU remastered or Sleeping Dogs remastered or any remastered games for that matter?

If you do along with the PS3 version, have a look if the trophies is cross-platform and whatever result you get out of that, will be the answer to the question you have asked.

Those two have different titles and covers and so on. X/X-2 is exactly the same as it was on PS3 which already shared a trophy list unlike those two.

There's no way to know. Some devs take the time to create separate trophy lists, some don't. It's a straight-up port with supposedly the odd new feature for PS4, so it's very possible and more likely it will retain the same trophy list. But there's simply no way to know - there could just as easily be a separate list.

If there's no cross-save between PS3/Vita-PS4, separate trophy list is more likely, but that's another thing we don't know.

I'd assume those "new features" are simply remote-play, share etc.

Isn't the share option available to use for every game played on the PS4? Did you mean photo mode like what TLOU remastered & Shadow of Mordor have?

I guess there's no generic trend in terms of the trophy system for remastered games.

I believe so, but they can still market it as a new feature.

I would love to see XII get the visual upgrade like what Type-0 HD has given.

It won't get that, but it would get a full HD remaster.
