You're welcome. On another note, Shimomura's most often-used key is C minor, and then second is G minor, I think; a lot of the iconic KH battle themes are in those keys (Another Side, Rage Awakened, Darkness of the Unknown, The 13th Rising, etc.), so it's not surprising that some of those traits carried over to XV with Veiled in Black, the Platinum battle theme (which sounds like something straight out of KH, to be honest), Somnus, Omnis Lacrima, and Altissia.

Oh, and Omnis Lacrima actually ends in F-sharp minor, but this is probably Kaoru Wada's doing since he arranged the version that we all know.

Ok, now I feel worse. Agh, I really thought I checked all that properly before I posted, but you are quite right. I'm kicking myself right now, but thanks, I edited the earlier post...Anyway so both the "Dawn" music and OL end in very distant keys compared to their c-minor beginnings. Hmmm, It's like the hero's journey trope;) And thank you, this reinforces that observation!

I agree, the entirety of kid Noctis section of Platinum sounds, looks, and plays like it is part of a KH game!

Edit:
Rin, do you have a music background yourself?

Edit2:
Ever the enigma, you are!

That was a great shot of Tenebrae. I was thinking that this film was taking place mainly in Lucis and also on the outskirts of the kingdom but I guess we get to see even more of the world. I really can't wait for this.
Now I´m more curious as to know how far into the XV story will the movie go. We already know that part of it will be take place prior to the beginning of XV.

Tenabrae looks so epic and breathtaking in Kingsglaive! I hope the game is able to capture this similarly.. As to the interview, it was great, but..
they just had to show that limo scene again...RIP

Edit: I hope so Ragnarok, it does look great in the environments trailer. Speaking of that, wtf is wrong with SE that they still haven't released that trailer separately from Uncovered...its so beautiful in HD!

I think Tenebrae looks epic enough in the Uncovered videos, and it's actually one of my most anticipated locations we've seen so far from the game. I just love those floating pieces of earth with buildings on top of them. Just epic.

I was thinking back on it and while he was pretty awkward up there, it was the girl, I think that actually came off as creepy.
